I presume easier and better candidates to interview. Many companies have to wade through a sea of rubbish applicants, interview some and get no-where. If they can make it easier for the companies to get people, that's what's in it for them.

companies will be able to get better candidates (who aren't usually applying for jobs actively) if they are willing to pay. Just like a free market.
