I'm especially concerned about point 2. If this could be resolved 1. and 3. wouldn't be any problem (if Cisco decided to close the source code (1.), Mozilla would fork the last open version; if you don't trust Cisco's binaries (3.), build your own).

So I agree: as long as 2. is not resolved, Mozilla should better not accept the offer.
