Bond Home [1] Co-founder & CTO here. We're hiring a Customer Service Lead to elevate our support team with cutting-edge AI tools like Claude Agent SDK and realtime voice.

What we need: Someone who can both implement modern AI solutions and lead our 6-person support team through the transition. Technical chops + people skills.

What we do: We make smart home bridges and RF controllers that connect "forgotten" devices (shades, blinds, ceiling fans, fireplaces) to the smart home. Full stack built in-house.

The company: Founded 2017, same team, same location. Profitable and customer-focused. Our previous CS manager retired after a great run; the team has excellent retention.

The role: Own customer experience strategy, implement AI tooling, manage and mentor the team, work closely with engineering.

Location: Must be onsite in Cresskill, NJ.
