Likely your name attracts downvotes, most HN comments doesn't get any votes at all but likely you attract an extra downvote here and there due to your name.


The sort of people who would downvote me for being some furry really ought to ask themselves, "Why do I reflexively dislike a community that is mostly queer?"

Of course, I suspect most of them already know the answer.
