Wrong-- section 230 is whatever some 80-year-old judge wants to interpret it as. Didn't you guys watch the LiveJournal court case? Those guys had to run away to Russia while Twitter, Reddit, Discord, etc. all are completely flooded with pirated content and it's cool.
