Yep. I had 1 Gbps for 2 years and 2 Gbps for 2 years. (Can get 5 or 8 Gbps, and possibly 20 with a beta program.) GF excludes most of the downtown core except for Google buildings. I've speculated it's some sort permitting cost or dark fiber cost issue.
