No. "Bourgeois/ie" is such a widely known word in English that I didn't realise it wouldn't be understood. It can be read as "[capitalist] elite"/"ruling class"/"1%"/etc
It's possible I used the word slightly wrong as the definitions I've now looked up often refer to the "middle class", though as I understand that could historically refer to people who we'd think of now as very upper class, just not actual nobles. Nevertheless, the above reading is what I intended
