I think there's a point you could make here without the "caveman mode".
I agree that attacking healthcare infra is serious, and that human lives could suffer as a result.
But, it seems like people believe the hacking groups here are based in Russia[1][2]. "send[ing] SEAL teams to hunt them down" sounds like a quick ticket to WWIII.
I'd rather lean on organizations to secure their infra.
Well sending seal teams might be extreme but I’m sure in Russia there are ways to let criminal elements know that they could receive a hefty payday if certain individuals are found dead. And that the CIA is capable of determining these ways and using them.
