Can you guys recommend some live agent chat bots that can also ingest data from a wiki and serve it up as relevant search results ?

Right now we use Zendesk Chat but it's severely limited. It doesn't have webhooks/complex triggers and no option to link it with our Confluence wiki.

Ideally I'm looking for a chatbot that:

- if no agent has picked up the request yet, can try to find an answer in our wiki/kb

- if an agent did pick up the request, it will offer suggestions to the agent as to ways it can help with the request

We also need webhooks/triggers so that certain events are fired on certain conditions.
