Don't forget the handy "z commands":

  z<CR>      redraw, cursor line to top of window, cursor on first non-blank
  z-         redraw, cursor line at bottom of window, cursor on first non-blank
  z.         redraw, cursor line to center of window, cursor on first non-blank
