Now I have more questions than answers. Many of the things they mention would require cooperation from most countries or building a great-firewall or potentially requiring all packets to be government authenticated.
Better make sure that you have some cybersecurity in your portfolio. Last time I looked at this space (2021) the space was completely deranged in terms of valuations, but if they are going to be getting subsidies or demand help via regulations then probably should invest.
