TLDR:
This post aims to recruit people who have been diagnosed with ADHD and are interested in self-experiment with different methods / frameworks / services / apps for ADHD, documenting their experiment results, learnings, and testimonials together, and sharing their learning with other members. This will result in a live interactive site (https://adhdexperimentgroup.super.site/, built with Notion) to help other ADHDers navigate different coaching services and ADHD-related principles and methodologies.
This group will serve as a study group, an accountability group, and a coworking group.
