If you are going to cheat those achievements then you might as well use Steam Achievement Manager to get all of them without messing with your system time. Or just don't bother, but can't fault anyone for succumbing to Steam's psychological manipulation.

Even without the Y2038 issue, lots of things use timestamps for cache invalidation and might mess up when things are updated while you are in the future.
