sounds like she is smart enough to diversify. I can understand why founders may need to hold their stock. Otherwise, if you're compensated in stock, (a) it's always dumb to have all your eggs in one basket and (b) if things go bad for your company, you could be out a job and your fortune. Ask Jimmy Cayne how it went for him.

From a financial planning perspective, what she did makes a ton of sense.
