I feel as if, for once, procrastinating on handling my legacy G Suite account led to the best outcome.
However, it isn't immediately clear to me if those who had chosen to upgrade to a paid plan will have the option to instead remain on the free version. Can anyone weigh in on whether this is the case?
I changed over the bus started edition in the morning, and the announcement came out in the afternoon. The help docs had some buttons to request getting on the non-commercial family support. I received a couple of service case support emails in response that said the account would be switched over - but the account still shows as a business starter as of this comment. So we'll see I suppose.
