In the recent Go critiques posted in HN I got really annoyed because the articles came across as snide and such-and-such miscellaneous things (that I expressed in a somewhat poor, reactionary way last time)
In my humble opinion this article is very well written. While it leans more negatively and is a critique, you're being very professional and respectful. I appreciate your write-up and perspective. Some of these issues flow into problems I've also had with Go, particularly in trying to use it for a GraphQL API (which was a horrible idea!). Feeling cautiously optimistic about generics :)
