It also opens up that parents can sue for other addictions such as soft drinks, candy and even alcohol and cigarettes.

A much saner way would be that parents educate their children and take responsibility.



I agree. I also suspect this path only leads to more restrictions and higher costs for everyone as companies will have to compensate somehow.
