I was reading all the comments here and wondering how come you don't have at least 4 weeks of paid annual leaves! Then realised that many of the comments are from Americans. I'd have thought Atlassian being an Aussie company would have to give you at least 4 weeks of annual leave. But being an Aussie company can't change the mindset of the managers in another country!
