You can either have privacy or surveillance, Apple is trying to sell the idea you can have both which is a false statement.

Since Apple have been pushing privacy as a differentiator with Android, i can see their problem when they also want surveillance.

The answer is simple: Drop all plans for surveillance also known as on-device scanning.
