Disingenuous headline! Scientists have been saying climate (and local weather) would become more extreme since at least mid 1970's, politians and much of Capital chose to ignore and sideline the science. Obviously climate is terribly complicated, so 'worse' should be enough for rational people to respond.


It's from the article, but your sentiment mirrors my thoughts as well.
