Hi there. Have a question for collective intelligence. In a situation when Amazon promised to deliver by a certain date, and then failed to do so, issuing assurances that it will be delivered up to the date the package is supposed to arrive - what can be done?
Talking to amazon help did not help - got stuck in an endless loop going from one person to another asking the same questions and failing to escalate to a local (U.S.) customer support.
Is there anything that can be done here? Or just accept it as inevitable?
