I was in business with Cuban for many years, he always responded quickly and could always be reached via email / messaging in a matter of minutes in most cases if something came up. An almost ideal investor for an entrepreneur and his terms are very unusual in the industry, he often takes common shares with no strings, he's on the same playing field as the founders.
