The tweets you are linking are summarizing cherry-picked data that itself would require much more effort to figure out.

Both quotes I pasted show significant problems with those "refutations". The first is simply using the wrong data and the latter seem to just be complaining that there's too little data to make an accurate estimate (and the obvious solution is to lobby for states to provide this, which status-quo apologists seem very unwilling to do).
