Personally, this sounds wrong on a few levels. Maybe we can be a little less forgiving and lower taxes on startups, for example. No taxes on the first $100k for 3 years.

The "game" needs to be changed to reward people who create companies and jobs.

That could work. Start freelancing your front-end skill by meeting people at networking/startup events. Also search basic job websites to get a frontend job in your area.
