The plan is to create a place for customer support heroes to share and learn from each other.


I am sorry to say this, but this is the opposite of what you have accomplished. You've just given lazy support reps templates so that they don't have to think, they can just copy/paste. I've been doing support for 20+ years in various roles, and I have seen what happens when people have templates: They stop thinking for themselves. It's not good. I wish you the best all the same.
