I've commented this on HN before, but the small farmer is criminally underserved. You can get so much more bang for your buck buying an old tractor than anything new, and there are whole cottage industries that have sprung up making replacement parts. If you go to a tractor show you can get just about any part you need apart from perhaps major body components.
