Oh believe me, for the information dense designs I’m working from, and needing to support a baseline desktop resolution, every pixel matters! I would never want to take that out on someone’s scrollbars tho. Scrollbars are sacred.
All well and good for you but our author here is working with 40-50% whitespace anyway! Why the hell does he need to hide and minimize fundamental features to reclaim more fucking whitespace? Aaaaargh, designers are from a different species!
