Both of these are great suggestions. Up until I was about 26, I occasionally would get in trouble for falling asleep at work. At one job, I had to start around 0700 and it got to the point where I was frequently falling asleep. My boss talked to me about it (one of the kindest managers I've ever had) and she suggested I get checked out. I had previously just thought I was undisciplined but it turns out I had sleep apnea and I was only getting about 6 hours of sleep a day on top of that. I thought you could get used to it but it really isn't enough for most people.
