All this energy wasted mining a virtual currency that no one uses. We have to ask ourselves: is Bitcoin mining really the best use of our resources? Is it worth adding to our already engorged carbon footprints?

Isn't that the benefit of Iceland - That there is no (or significantly) carbon footprint?
