Could it be that at least some of the errors are due to autocomplete in the IDE? This came to my mind at the very first example given and I have been guilty of this by pressing "return" at the first option offered by the IDE instead of scrolling down to the correct one first. This feature of an IDE (as much as I like it) makes it even easier to think already about the next task.
