If you are going to hire a lawyer, you should be more interested in their knowledge of case law rather than how well they memorize statutes.


We understand that our hiring process produces a lot of false negatives, and given that our applicant pool is already generally of high quality, we are able to fool ourselves into thinking that it has been a key to our ongoing success.

Perhaps more importantly, we're not going to change it because this is how Google does it.
