I like the building relationships concept. Ideally, each person in your 20 person group is in a different one of the 20 total teams.
The organization will never be perfect but I think it could work.

I am really enjoying the nano-texture. After turning down the brightness it appears like an electronic reader. One drawback, the auto adjust brightness is a bit sensitive to light coming directly at it. Sometimes the screen repeatedly dims in the morning when the sun is not causing a problem.
In more complex cases, diagnosis is as much art as science. There aren't always evidence-based clinical practice guidelines to follow so clinicians often have to rely on experience and intuition. Subjective judgement is a factor.
