Well it is still shutting down

Btw this makes me think about kagi's smallweb initiative: https://github.com/kagisearch/smallweb

I'm a psychiatrist and a developper, I'm self hosting as many things as I can for me and my friends. And I recently made a website. Great idea! https://olicorne.org

I'd go with reticulum using also loras bridges. You can get data over multiple kilometers, route them to the internet easily, and with a much smarter routing scheme than meshtastic.

Funny how you say "evil" but all I can hear is "vi".

Oh it's fair game there. I love vi/vim

Med resident here.

Please consider the possibility that you can accurately detect increased CO2 (it increases your breathing rate almost instantly for example) without it causing impairement.

Even if you are right and there is no objectively measurable impaired abilities, the things I can detect directly are themselves extremely undesirable.

I feel irritable, and fatigued/sleepy when CO2 is high. Increased breathing rate by itself activates an undesirable sympathetic nervous system response, that anyone can notice immediately with deliberate breathwork.

Also, it seems likely to me that the same poor air exchange that leads to high co2 causes respiratory disease to spread more rapidly, and with a higher initial viral titer.

I had a very similar idea with a few differences:

1. You can go to the mayor's house to get the token. No need to associate tobacco/alcohol to it.

2. It's free.

3. It's culturally enforced to exchange tokens with other people. This way users themselves help make sure it's truly impossible to trace their activity.

4. It's illegal to publish your or someone else's token. It's like a paper ID, with a QR code.

5. Can be reused. Expires after 5 years .

This way if you want 5 pornhub accounts you don't have to buy 5 stamps. You are also extra sure that the tokens cannot be linked to you because you can exchange it with anyone.

My proposal doesn't prohibit exchanges or buying tokens for other people. Just like it's legal to buy or give someone of legal age a beer.

I had heard about that rule. But thought I had heard it had been overruled in the last 5-10 years. Maybe only for fishing feeding cycles?

Interesting. Though I had heard that in vety cold climate (Siberia in that case) replacing the road asphalt every year is common because of the inevitable cracks caused the the temperature variation anyway.

in the ideal situation - yes, but since Russia is big and the climate is cold almost everywhere the government usually does not do it except in big cities.
